Announcing MGA’s very first Patron!
Exciting news: A first Patron for The MGA Academy of Performing Arts!
We are absolutely thrilled to have received the backing of the Olivier Award-winning ballet dancer, choreographer and director
Peter Schaufuss. Peter is the founder of The English National Ballet School and, in a stellar career, has performed and directed all over the world.
Peter says:
“I have admired the work of The MGA Academy for a long time and feel it provides a unique offering to students wishing to study in Scotland at a level comparable to that of the well-known London schools. To become patron of The MGA Academy is a great honour for me and I hope to lend whatever assistance I can to help the academy evolve and grow.”
We’re really looking forward to seeing what the future has in store, Peter!
NEW HOME!
It is with great pleasure that we can also announce the move of our School of Acting to the beautifully-refurbished Rose Theatre. With offices, rehearsal spaces and three beautiful performance venues this is through the generous support of our new Patron that MGA is able to move into this incredible facility, helping us train the next generation of professional performers.
We can’t wait to get started next month!
